This neck ruff has a hidden velcro adjustable opening underneath the bow. You can pair this with any of our PVC items or your own clothing for a classic Victorian, fetish, or a bizarre clown look! For this item the size is based on the fully closed width of the neck ruff around your neck. You can use the velcro closure to adjust the width as needed. XS/XXS is 11.5-13" neck, small 12.5-14" neck, medium 13.5-15" neck, large 14.5-15.5" neck, and XL is for a 15.5-16.5" neck.
